Agreement

By downloading or using Anim AI you agree to these terms with Anim AI Labs, Inc.. If you are using Anim AI for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to process your files and deliver your renders back to you — nothing broader, and nothing that outlives the deletion window in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, depicts a real person without their consent, or is unlawful.

Generated output

You own the results you generate, subject to these terms and your plan. Free plan output is for personal, non-commercial use. Paid plans include commercial usage rights covering client work, organic posts and paid advertising.

Acceptable use

Do not use Anim AI to create or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a real person without consent.
• Deceptive impersonation of a real person or organisation, including political disinformation.
• Harassment, threats, or content that incites violence against a person or group.
• Malware, spam, or anything that interferes with the operation of the service.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your device's subscription settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by the store that processed your payment.

Availability

We aim to keep Anim AI available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may add, modify or retire tools over time. If we make a material change that reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Licences and third-party components

Anim AI includes open-source components used under their respective licences, including the Mona Sans typeface under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. A full list of components and licences is available on request.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anim AI is provided as-is, and our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
