Overview

This policy explains what Anim AI Labs, Inc. collects when you use the Anim AI mobile app and this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to every Anim AI product unless a separate notice says otherwise.

What we collect

We keep collection to what the product actually needs to work.

• Content you provide: photos, videos and prompts you upload to generate a result.
• Account data: your email address, sign-in method and subscription status.
• Usage data: which tools you open, render counts and crash diagnostics.
• Device data: operating system version, device model and app version.

How we use it

We use your content solely to produce the render you asked for, to deliver the finished file to your device, and to keep the service secure and reliable. We use usage and device data to fix bugs, measure performance and decide what to build next.

Model training

We do not use your uploads, prompts or generated results to train our models. Your content is not added to any training set and is not shared with third parties for their own model training.

Retention and deletion

Uploads and generated files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are deleted from our servers 24 hours after your render completes. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from the app at any time, which removes your account data within 30 days.

Who we share data with

We share data only with processors that run the service on our behalf — cloud hosting, GPU inference, crash reporting and payment processing — under contracts that limit them to our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies required to remember your preferences and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email hello@animai.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Anim AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
